About our Bespoke Planners


All OPC planners are made by hand by our team in Singapore. 1. Product Size Each planner measures approximately 15cm x 21cm (A5) and the thickness will be dependant on how many additional pages you've opted for. Our front & back pockets measure at approximately 14.5xm x 8.5cm. 2. Product Quality We are passionate about creating individual and unique pieces for you! As every planner is made from scratch by hand, we do seek your understanding for slight variations in measurement and colour.
3. Lead Time Each piece is created one at a time and is done completely by hand by the OPC team. We seek your understanding with the 5-8 working days lead time (non-peak). We will be in touch the moment your item has been dispatched. If you have ordered a notebook along with a bespoke planner, we will ship both items out together.
For any information on our Cancellation, Return or Refund Policies, please refer to our Store Policy. 4. Customisation Process Due to the nature of our products, we do seek some understanding with a rather lengthy process. The customisation and construction process can take up to 5-8 working days, after which the delivery process will take 2-3 working days.




What limitations are there to my customisation process?


1. Additional Dates All dates provided in our planners follow the dates provided by publicholidays.sg. There isn't a limit to the number of additional dates that we can put in your planner! Just let us know the event dates you would like to add. Each square in the monthly spread fits up to 5 events, with some additional space. 2. Special Requests Some additional things that are not included in the customisation process include 'To-Do Lists' or having your favourite quote somewhere in the planner! We'd love to help you achieve your dream planner, so please don't hesitate to let us know what you need and we'd love to provide various options! Please note that some extra customisations may incur extra waiting time and cost. 3. Personalised Covers All default covers are made from 180gsm coloured paper. The paper used for customised covers are made with printed cardstock ranging from 160-180gsm, and are subjected to availability.

Do let us know what you would like for your custom cover so that we will be able to curate the various designs available for you! 4. Plastic Cover Wrap We understand that some customers are worried about the durability of a paper-back cover, so we've added an option to have your planner wrapped with a layer of matte self-adhesive plastic. Cancellations**


**Due to the nature of our bespoke products, we will not be able to cancel your order once the construction of your planner has begun.
i) How do I cancel my order? Should you want to cancel your order, you may do so by quoting us your order number via the customer service page, informing us that you would like to cancel. No refunds will be given once construction of your bespoke planner has begun. ii) Terms We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Website in our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide to us. Please quote the order number provided to you whenever you contact us regarding your order. You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order and all information provided to us is accurate. An order shall be deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Website, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such any such order without your consent and without any further reference to you. We will notify you if we are unable to accept and/or process your order for any reason including, without limitation, if the product(s) in your order is out of stock or is unavailable, if a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, if there are limitations on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, if we have identified an error in the price and/or description of the product, or if we are unable to meet a delivery deadline or other request you have specified. The price payable by you for a product shall be the price listed for sale as stated on the Website at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Website, together with any applicable taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for the payment of any and all taxes or duties levied or charged on you order. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete payment within twelve hours from the time your order was placed. Any unpaid orders after this payment time-frame shall be deemed cancelled unless we determine otherwise in our discretion. In the event that any product has been mispriced on the Site, we reserve the right to terminate the order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.

Unfortunately, Our Personal Co. currently does not offer any gift-wrapping services for the time being.

1. Payment Our Personal Co. currently accepts payment via PayPal, Mastercard/Visa and Bank/ATM Transfers. You may select the desired payment method at the check out.




Shipping


Our Personal Co. provides a flat rate shipping (locally within Singapore and Internationally) with an additional $2 handling fee for international orders.

About our Notebooks


1. Product Size Each notebook is 14.5cm x 20.6cm x 1.9cm 2. Product Quality We want to ensure that the products we stock are of great quality. The covers are faux leather and the pages are 100gsm.




Customisations


Our notebooks are not handmade products, but we are able to provide hand crafted names on the cover. As this customisation is done by hand, the end product may vary. However, we still assure good quality!
