i) Product descriptions
All product descriptions contained within this website have been written as accurately as possible. However, do note that there may be variations between the detailed descriptions and the actual products. All products are subject to availability.
ii) Product Images
All product images are taken to be as close as possible to the actual item. However, there may still be slight variation. As our products are all individually hand made, there will be slight variation in appearance and sizes.
iii) Online purchases
By placing an order via this website, you acknowledge that you are at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent/caretaker to make this purchase. You also acknowledge that you are authorised to use the credit card/payment account you have entered to make the purchase. All orders are subject to availability and delivery limitations. If we are unable to deliver your items to you for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
Accepted modes of payments are PayPal, Paynow or Paylah.
v) Our liability
We assure you that any products purchased from this website will be of satisfactory quality and fit. Due to the nature of the personalised items available at our online store, all products do not come with a warranty of any kind and is not exchangeable or refundable.
vi) Local Delivery
All deliveries would be attempted at least once. We will not be responsilble for unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners.
vii) International Delivery
Our Personal Co. currently does ship outside of Singapore.

Shipping & Payment Terms
i) How do I make payment?
We currently only accept payments via PayPal, Mastercard/Visa or Bank/ATM Transfers, you may chose your payment option at the check out.
i) How long does it take to ship my bespoke planner?
As each item is carefully curated and hand-made, we will require 5-8 working days to personalise and construct your planner before shipping it out.
We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided. The order will be subjected to a redispatch fee of S$3 if the parcel returns to us. We will contact you if it happens.
If you have bought a notebook with your bespoke planner, your notebook will be shipped out with your bespoke planner.
We provide both normal and registered mail, and the shipping charge will be calculated at the check out.
ii) Do you ship internationally?
Our Personal Co. provides a flat rate shipping (locally within Singapore and Internationally) with an additional $2 handling fee for international orders.
We currently ship to the following countries:

i) How do I cancel my order?
Should you want to cancel your order, you may do so by quoting us your order number via the
customer service page, informing us that you would like to cancel.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds once the construction of your bespoke planner has begun.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Website in our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide to us. Please quote the order number provided to you whenever you contact us regarding your order.
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order and all information provided to us is accurate. An order shall be deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Website, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such any such order without your consent and without any further reference to you.
We will notify you if we are unable to accept and/or process your order for any reason including, without limitation, if the product(s) in your order is out of stock or is unavailable, if a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, if there are limitations on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, if we have identified an error in the price and/or description of the product, or if we are unable to meet a delivery deadline or other request you have specified.
The price payable by you for a product shall be the price listed for sale as stated on the Website at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Website, together with any applicable taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for the payment of any and all taxes or duties levied or charged on you order. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete payment within twelve hours from the time your order was placed. Any unpaid orders after this payment time-frame shall be deemed cancelled unless we determine otherwise in our discretion. In the event that any product has been mispriced on the Site, we reserve the right to terminate the order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.
Returns & Refunds
We assure you that any products purchased from this website will be of satisfactory quality and fit. Due to the nature of the bespoke items available at our online store, all products do not come with a warranty of any kind and is not exchangeable or refundable. Please ensure all details for your order are correct.
All items have been carefully curated and checked before dispatch. If the item is faulty upon receiving please quote us your order number along with your enquiry via our
customer service page and our team will assist you within the next 24 hours.
Due to the nature of our products, Our Personal Co. will not be accepting any returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order, kindly quote us your order number and we'll assist you within the next 24 hours.
